If you
choose to Book a holiday for a second week there is a discount
of £50pw or pro rata.
Please do not arrive
at the villa before 3pm (1500hr). The villa should be vacated
by 10am(1000hr) on the morning of departure. This allows our
staff to clean the pool and ensure everything is in order
for our next guests.
It is important
that you take out Travel Insurance to cover personal
effects, medical, travel etc. You are the only one able to
effect this cover. Also your European
Health Insurance Card (EHIC).
A copy of your
Passport is recommended.
Prices include clean
bed linen.
There is no cleaning charge of £25, providing on your
departure the villa is left in the clean and tidy condition
it was in on your arrival.
Making a Booking:
To make a booking,
first select the available dates from the
Availability
page.
Then fill in the
Booking Form
and forward it to us with your deposit of £100.00. This
is refundable on return of the villa keys at the end of your
holiday. It is held against damage, cancellation and loss of
keys.
The Deposit /Rent
can be paid by
Paypal - Personal cheque
- Bankers draft
Paypal accepts
all major Credit/Debit Cards.
When the Deposit
has been paid we will update the Availability page, send you
a receipt and any relevant information you require. The balance
is due eight weeks prior to your booking Casa Carter.
After the Rent has
been paid the receipt, keys, map/directions, villa details
will be forward by Recorded Delivery.
Please note
that we do not take bookings of less than 5 days.
Please do not
arrive at Casa Carter villa before 3.00pm local time.
On the day
of departure, please leave the villa before 10am.
